We collect nothing.

scladus is anonymous by design. No personal data is required. No logs are kept. Privacy is not a feature — it's the foundation.

Effective: January 1, 2022

TL;DR — We do not collect personal data. We do not store logs. All payments are processed anonymously via cryptocurrency. You can use scladus without providing any identifying information.

1. Data We Do NOT Collect

scladus operates under a strict zero-knowledge, zero-log policy. The following data is explicitly NOT collected, stored, or processed:

  • Real names, addresses, or any identity documents
  • Email addresses (registration is optional and anonymous)
  • IP addresses in connection logs
  • Browsing activity, traffic content, or metadata
  • Payment identities or financial records beyond the transaction hash
  • Usage patterns or behavioral profiling data
  • Session logs, access timestamps, or authentication records

2. Account Registration

Registration on the scladus dashboard is completely optional. If you choose to register, you may use:

  • An anonymous email address (Proton, Tutanota, temp mail, etc.)
  • A Telegram account (no phone verification shown to us)
  • A one-time access hash — no email required at all

We do not verify the authenticity of any registration information. No identity checks are performed at any stage.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed exclusively via cryptocurrency. Accepted methods include Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and other privacy-focused assets.

What we record

  • Transaction hash (public blockchain data, not tied to identity)
  • Payment amount and confirmation timestamp
  • Associated service provisioning record (server ID only)

What we do NOT record

  • Wallet addresses or wallet ownership information
  • KYC documents, photos, or identity proofs
  • Billing address, country, or geographic origin

4. Technical Data & Infrastructure

Server provisioning requires minimal technical configuration data to operate your service:

  • Chosen OS image and server hostname (you set these)
  • Allocated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) per plan
  • Server SSH credentials (stored encrypted, visible only to you)

This data exists solely to operate your server and is automatically deleted upon service termination or expiry. No backup copies are retained after deletion.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses zero third-party tracking scripts, analytics platforms, or advertising pixels. There are no:

  • Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, or similar trackers
  • Facebook Pixel, ad retargeting networks
  • Browser fingerprinting scripts
  • Cross-site tracking cookies

A minimal session cookie may be set by the dashboard to maintain your login state. This cookie is cryptographically signed, contains no personal data, and is destroyed when you close the session.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, lease, or voluntarily share any data with third parties. Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to share.

In the event of a lawful legal request, we can only produce: the cryptographic proof of which services were provisioned and when. No user identities, no traffic data, no logs.

7. Data Retention

Service records are kept only for the duration of an active subscription. Upon expiry or cancellation:

  • Server data is wiped within 24 hours
  • Account records are purged within 7 days
  • No backups of deleted data are retained
