Service Agreement

By using scladus infrastructure, you agree to these terms. They're straightforward — we provide servers, you use them lawfully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any scladus service — including the website, dashboard, or any provisioned server — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

scladus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Services Provided

scladus provides virtual private servers (VDS/VPS), dedicated servers, and web hosting infrastructure. Services are provided "as-is" on a subscription basis:

  • VDS/VPS — Virtual machines with dedicated resources, SSH access
  • Dedicated Servers — Physical hardware exclusively allocated to one client
  • Web Hosting — Managed hosting environment with control panel access

scladus does not provide any managed services, security monitoring, or data recovery unless explicitly stated in a plan description.

3. Account & Registration

Registration is optional and may be completed anonymously. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your credentials and SSH keys
  • All activity conducted under your account or server
  • Notifying scladus support of any unauthorized access

Each person or entity may maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans is prohibited.

4. Payment & Billing

All services are billed monthly in advance. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only.

Renewal

Services are not automatically renewed. You must manually renew from the dashboard before the expiry date. Expired services are suspended and data is purged within 24 hours of expiry.

Refunds

Due to the anonymous and cryptocurrency-based nature of our payment system, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions may be considered for verified technical failures on our part within the first 48 hours of service provisioning. Contact support via Telegram.

Pricing Changes

scladus reserves the right to change service pricing. Existing active subscriptions will not be affected until the next renewal cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may use scladus services for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Running websites, applications, databases, and APIs
  • Personal projects, development, and testing environments
  • Secure communication infrastructure (VPN, proxy)
  • Privacy-preserving services and anonymization tools
  • Game servers, media streaming, file hosting
  • Trading bots, automation, and data processing

6. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these rules will result in immediate service termination without refund.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on scladus infrastructure:

  • Distribution of CSAM (child sexual abuse material)
  • Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks against third parties
  • Mass spam campaigns or bulk unsolicited email
  • Network scanning/port scanning of third-party infrastructure
  • Hosting or distributing malware, ransomware, or exploit kits
  • Credential stuffing, brute force attacks against external systems
  • Mining cryptocurrencies unless the plan explicitly permits it
  • Any activity that exposes scladus to legal liability

We do not monitor the content of your server. However, we will act on credible abuse reports and law enforcement requests where legally compelled.

7. Service Availability & SLA

scladus targets 99.9% monthly uptime for all VDS and dedicated server products. This translates to no more than ~43 minutes of unplanned downtime per month.

  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced via Telegram at least 24 hours in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice to protect infrastructure integrity
  • Hardware failures are addressed within 4 hours during business hours, 8 hours off-hours

SLA credits are not automatically applied — contact support if you experience downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.

8. Termination

By You

You may cancel your service at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.

By scladus

scladus reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without notice or refund, for:

  • Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy or Prohibited Activities list
  • Non-payment beyond the grace period (24 hours after expiry)
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse of the payment system
  • Activity that threatens the stability of shared infrastructure

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scladus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of our services.

scladus is not responsible for data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any data stored on your servers. We recommend regular automated backups.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
